Filmmakers in Their Own Words: Matthew Dunehoo

As I mentioned, I would like this blog to be a confluence of filmmaking and writing. And, I want to celebrate and bring together folks who work in both mediums.

Some of supporting each other means taking a chance on a book or a film that we might not otherwise watch. Streaming Ozark is fine or picking up J.K. Rowling's latest, but they are going to have a vast audience with or without you.

Matthew's film production company, Elk's Pride Pictures, has a feature ready to stream called WRETCH.

Here's what Matthew had to say:

"WRETCH tells the story of a young man with psychic gifts who is lured into the occult practice of 'Enceladism' in an effort to cure his partner's cancer.  His journey takes many uncanny twists as Nat tries to navigate an increasingly toxic environment while battling his nagging demons and attempting to 'awaken to his higher purpose.'

You can rent or purchase the film through www.wretchfilm.com which links to traditional portals like iTunes and Google Play.

Thanks for taking the time to read this and checking out our film.  I hope you enjoy the end result.  And I hope you're still able to be creating at this time. If you have the chance, I'd love to hear your feedback on my film."

Matthew says he isn't on Twitter a great deal. Let's change that by blowing up his handle with lots of follows!

He can be found @wretchfilm
